All parcels are shipped via USPS or UPS in discreet packaging.
We offer flat rate shipping for orders. If your order is $199+ we offer FREE standard shipping. You will be provided with a tracking number via email once your parcel has been shipped.

If you require express shipping the cost is based off the weight of the product you are purchasing, this will be calculated upon the checkout. Please note that processing times are separate to delivery times.
If you require your parcel by a certain date please let us know in the notes of your order. Once we receive the order we will send you an email.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
On occasion orders may be held up in customs, delaying postage times, and this is unfortunately beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 3 weeks please contact us so we can work towards resolving the issue.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
RETURNS POLICY – CHANGE OF MIND

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to accept returns within 14 days for any reason.
However, the item MUST be in original condition and unused with its packaging completely intact. The package may not be opened or show any use in order to qualify for a refund.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs - shipping is NOT covered within our Return Policy.
Upon receipt of the parcel and if assessed that the product is in perfect condition and unopened we will provide you with a full refund.
A refund will be issued via the original payment method.
RETURNS POLICY – FAULTY PRODUCT
If you think it is faulty please take a photo of the product showing the issue and email support @ playtimeworld.com, or notify via our contact form.
A member of our team will then respond to your email with a solution within 24 hours.
If you have received your order and with to return, please begin by emailing your order number at support @ playtimeworld.com, or notify via our contact form, and let us know that you want to cancel your order. You must include your Order Number, and the notification must be sent within 14 days of delivery.
If your order has not been shipped we will simply give you a full refund via the original payment method.
If your parcel has been shipped and is on its way to your location and then you decide you don’t want the product, no worries. You will have to wait for the parcel to arrive to your location. Then email us requesting the return shipping information and letting us know it is coming back our way. Once it arrives back to us (unopened!!) we will provide you with a full refund, minus any shipping costs.
